Elder Alan Hatch, II Mom and Dad, Wow! Sounds like you had a busy weekend. I am sorry to hear that Rita Taylor has gone on to greater things. But she is in a better place now. Sounds like you have bug problem. I don't mean to bug you Dad, but maybe you get a big calendar and write important things on it, like grapes and the Green Bay Packers going to the Superbowl. You know, things that are important that you can forget. Mom, you can manage the calendar for him! So, that is funny! Dad you just don't have the time to write a book about the Old Testament. Just think of the sixty plus chapters of Isaiah you would have to work through. Wow! You might as well rent a room in the temple because that is the only place I could understand that book! The Bears got lucky. Farve just felt bad for them so he thought he would give them a chance. The lasagna was more like 40 pounds in one pan and 25 pounds in the other. We made so much! Yes the complements did come, but the best part was that we put someone on date and she got baptized. So, it was worth it! So, rumor has it that next transfer I will be a DL (district leader), so I will be over 8 other missionaries and keeping them accountable and motivated to work. Also I will do baptism interviews. That is way scarry, but who the Lord calls, He qualifies, so I guess I can't worry too much about it. Well, I hope all is well. I love and miss you all. Take care and stay safe! Love, Elder Alan Hatch, II |
