Dad and Mom,

Well time is slipping away and I got transferred again. In case you were not counting, this is my fourth area. I am not sure if I am happy with getting transferred all the time, but I am back in the Snohomish Zone and in Snohomish 2nd ward. I liked it here the first time, and I am only 8 miles from my greeny area (Monroe). I am not sure how happy I am about that. My new companion is Elder Steagen. I knew him from the last time I was in this Zone. He is from Utah and is way into sports and motocross (dirt bikes) so we are going to have a blast. He is the district leader, so that also makes it fun I guess.

Hey, send me Lindella's address. I know where she goes to church. I drive past it all the time and have p-day activities there.

So, I was not ready for a transfer, but when I put my trust in the Lord, He helped me to feel more at ease and ready to change.

Two nights ago I had the chance to go to an inter-faith choir festival, where different churches (i.e. Jews, Lutherans, Catholics) came to our chapel and sang songs. It was really weird to hear the words to their songs. Also, we held it in the chapel and at the end of every performance we would clap!! Talk about weird. Clapping in a chapel.

I have had five companions now, and I learned from each. I call myself an unofficial TE (Traveling Elder).

If you would be so kind as to let the family know of my new address I would be very appreciative.

I received seven letters in the past two days, but they were old ones from my short stay in Alderwood. Most were a month old, so give me time to reply.

I love you and miss you, but am doing better.

Love, Elder Hatch
