2-1-07 Well I am doing well. I am loving Washington and having a blast. I love every minute except tracting, even though 22% of the mission baptisms come from tracting. So, I am still learning. Hay, I like getting the letters from Grandma and Nathen, so keep them coming, please. So, we started riding bikes and my legs are getting real strong and I am finding tons of stuff. I did get the bicycle fixed and did not have to buy a new rim. I was happy about that. It is cool that the smoke stacks came down. Is there video on gramdmasweb? I was mindnighted because Elder Walters went home early, and I came over to take his place. For me, that was not a bad thing. The whitewash thing happens a lot in this mission, so I am told. I have not moved very far in three months, but I am having a blast. I can't believe the wall is coming/came down. So, you were sick. That is not good. I Grandpa ok now or is he going to get better? Transfers happen every 6 weeks, but I could stay in an area for up to 9 months, so I have heard. It sounds like you had fun with the cockroaches in Brazil! I love your inspiring phrases at the end of all your letters. You make me want to work twice as hard. I bought a cast iron griddle for $5 and am seasoning it right now. Also, there are two down sleeping bags at the thrift store, if you are interested. They are in good shape and would make good Scout bags, but I am on a mission and have no room for them. If you want them, let me know and I will send them home. They are filled with 2 lbs. of down. Well, I ran out of room so will close.
I love you, |
