Dad and Mom,

Well, we had the baptism today. It was cool. I bore my testimony about the Holy Ghost (President and Sister Ashton were there), so I was nervous but the Holy Ghost came and all was well.

I have had my new shoes two weeks now and they seem to be really good still. Only time will tell.

Sounds like you had fun with all the family there.

I guess life is not the same without me there to bail you out of trouble all the time when you just can't ride anymore. I guess you are getting old... 60, right? So you might need training wheels on your new bike.

So, do you like my pictures or not? And what were some of the comments made by family members?

I am going to see Lindella on p-day. So, yeah, a Sister in our ward (the missionary mom) knows her and she will take us over there to see her.

I finished the writing tablet Mom gave me (100 sheets) so now I am on to 120 sheets of three different colors, so we will see how long it takes to finish. [This letter was written on lavender stationary.]

Dad, the memory stick reader I bought when I bought the camera, and came home and told you about it. Don't you remember? I guess you are getting old.

Ashley is getting married??? No way!! I have only been out four months now. I just can't believe it.

No, I have not yet gotten my front tooth fixed yet. My top wisdom teeth are coming in, not the bottom ones. They are right over my back molars, so I don't think that is good, but only time will tell.

It snowed 8 inches yesterday (: It was fun. I was stuck in traffic for 2.5 hours ): but that is life. In the span of three hours, there were 600 traffic accidents (I was not involved).

I love you,
Elder Alan Hatch II
