Do you get the feeling this guy isn't grasping our core concepts?

Dad and Mom,
Well I can't believe that I can talk to you one Sunday. That is so weird! But it will be good. I can't call at 3:30 because I will be in priesthood, but 4:30 works so that is when I will call.

Transfers came and went and I stayed in Snohomish along with my companion. We are getting along much better now so I think I can do another one with him. We will baptize this transfer for sure, because we have a UBK we are teaching and his mom wants him to be baptized, so we are not really worried about it.

We finished reading Preach My Gospel as a mission. I was fun and I enjoyed it. I don't know what we are going to study for companionship study in the mornings, but we will figure it out.

This is the last transfer for our Mission President. We get a new one in less than six weeks. Things could change, but I don't know if I want things to change. I will keep you updated on the events. The work is going ok, I guess. We do at least 2 to 3 hours of tracting a day and we have not found anyone to teach yet. We will keep on tracting because we have nothing else to do.

I ate dinner with Lindella and she said you don't email her any more, and she asked why. I said it is because you have a website with your letters on it, so she could go and read them if she wanted to. Correct me if I am wrong.

The weather is finally coming around. It has been 60 to 70 degrees for like 2 days, and now the sun if out and it is nice. It is humid so it feels really hot. That, and the fact that for the last six months I have lived in 20 to 40 degree weather. This is a large temperature jump. I will get use to it soon enough.

Well, I hope all is well in Oracle and Arizona. I will talk to you Sunday.

Love, Elder Alan Hatch II
