5-3-07 Now, I know that a mission is what I need to be doing right now because I am learning and growing so much! I am thankful for the opportunity to serve! You asked how much money I receive a month. I get $140 a month for food and other expenses. It comes in the form of a debit card. Right now I have $220, because it carried over from last month. My goal is to live frugally until I max out the card at $450. I am working towards that. I received the memory card for my camera, so that was a success in packaging and mailing. I have been having a ton of problems with my companion and he is driving me up the wall. I hope he or I get transferred. We'll see. In two days we get transfer calls. So, how about those Suns! They beat the Lakers in 5 games. It took 7 games last year. Do you think they will go all the way this year? The Spurs are up next. The reason I tell you this is because my companion is a Lakers fan. I was happy about that news. The work is going well, I guess. We have someone on date for baptism on Next Saturday. That will be exciting. Then we have two others close behind that. It is good, but could be better. I am getting good at rolling eggs in the morning for breakfast and then again for lunch. Practice makes perfect. I hope your trip went well. If I don't hear from you because of transfers or something, I will call around 5 pm. If I am not transferred, then our church starts at 1pm and I have meetings from 11:30 to 1:00, so it will have to be later in the day or something.
