Mom and Dad,

Wow! Another month has past and I can't believe it. Time is just flying. This weekend will be general conference. This is my second to last conference. Only one more and that is it. Holy Moly! That is just blowing my mind. So Wow, just Wow!

Living with members is and has bee a big shock. For example, today we came home for dinner and the Moran's (that is the family we live with [Did you call her back yet about that tax stuff?]) granddaughter came over and climbed on my lap and began to talk to me like she knows me. The she goes to my companion and sticks her binky in his mouth. It was way funny! But you just don't get that living in an apartment. I am not sure if it is bad or not. Only time will tell. What do you think?

So how are Jon and Lindsay doing? I haven't heard from them (or about them) in a while. What about La Rena and John? How are they doing?

Well, the work goes on. We don't have many solid people. We have no one on date, but we have a lot of people swimming around in our teaching pool. We just need to focus on one of them so they can progress faster. My area, right now, if I had to compare it to back home, I would say that I am pretty much serving in Reddington/Mommoth. Everyone out here as heard about the church, so I am just working the area book (a book with teaching records of people who at one time looked into the church), going and seeing people who at some time or another were interested. So this work can be discouraging, but I am here to find someone who I agreed to share the gospel with and one day at a time I will find that person who wants to hear about the true church.

So, on Saturday I got the chance to go to the temple with a recent convert. Not only did they get their endowments, they were also sealed. How cool! I was totally blown away by what goes on in there. I was enlightened by the Spirit and learned a ton of stuff. I love the temple! I encourage all to go to the temple. Every time I go (which isn't often) I just love it. One thing I would say to my family is go to the temple!!!

Well, have fun and enjoy General Conference. I know I will. I love general conference (oh, how I have changed). Ha Ha!
