Mom and Dad,
Well time is really slipping away from me. I find myself with less and less time every day. But that is good. At least I think so. I have loved being a missionary. I think I have grown closer to my Heavenly Father in a way that I never could have if I would have stayed home. I have loved the first 20 months of my mission. But it is not over yet! There is still work to be done. I just have to stay on top of it and keep myself going every day! That is the hard part. But I will keep pushing and will see what happens! ( - :

So what is the latest on Dave Ellis? Is he still among the living? My companion would like to see a picture. Could you send me one of him?

So you want to know how life is on the largest island of North America? Well, it is OK. I get to see the ocean whenever I want and drive over deception pass at least 3 times a week (look that one up on line). As for the work, not a whole lot is going on. We baptized our teaching pool, so now we tract a lot and I have never found a baptism from tracting.
) - :     But I guess I am sent here to learn to love it.

Well, other than that , not a whole lot is going on. I am still a missionary and do the same thing day in and day out.

How do you like your new calling? I'll bet it is a ton of work! Ha ha! Well, take care! Talk to you soon.

Post Script: I guess it is true what they say. The longer you have been out the more your family forgets about you... So they say!
