Mom and Dad,
Well, I was happy to receive your letter because I got transferred on the same day. I am now in the Everett 1st ward with two other Elders (3 pack), and only having done one day of it, I can't really say if I like it or not. My companions are Elders Woolstun and Tolley. I am now the Senior Companion and Driver. Yes!!! I get to drive and I am so excited. But seeing how today is Wednesday I will have to wait until tomorrow because today is car fast! ): Only one more day!

I sounds like you had a fun camping trip. I wish I could have been there, but I was putting on a lasagna dinner for less actives, recent converts, and investigators. I made about 35 lbs of lasagna. The pan was huge. You would have been proud. Out of the dinner, we put one of our investigators on date for Friday, but I got transferred, so I am counting of Elder Petersen to finish the job.

Wow! So you finally caved in and bought an A/C unit. The house will be way different when I get home. But, change is not always bad as I am learning (being in my 8th area in 10.5 months).

So, you officially have been have been diagnosed with Parkensens. Well, Dad, if it were me I would do whatever it takes to stay alive longer. If that means spending $1958.48 per year then in my opinion it is worth it. But that is me.

So, the Ghetto-Mobile 3000 lost her bumper. Now it is way more Ghetto. I will do some Ghetto math and get back to you one it...

Since this is my first time being a senior companion, I am really stressing out. All of the sudden if something goes wrong it is automatically my fault. So, I have to be on my "A" game all the time.

Well, I love you and miss you to pieces!

Love, Elder Alan Hatch, II
