Dad,
Sorry this is late. I have been under a ton of pressure. Being a Senior Companion is a lot more responsibility. But I am doing my best to step up to the challenge like I know you would want me to. My life is good. I am about to hit a year. So, wow! I can't believe I am half way done. Now I see that my time here is really limited and will step it up a notch. I have been sick for the past week and there has been no one to listening to my complaining, so I just haven't done any. The Lord has blessed me and has given me the strength to keep working!

I have gotten a ton of fruit from members and you will be happy to know I eat a piece every day, so I have somewhat of a balanced diet. The 3-pack I am in is really a new experience for me. I don't think I am a big fan.

Hey, have you noticed that the Packers are 3-0? Undefeated! Yeah, with Brett Farve at the helm you can't go wrong.

Well, Dad, I love you and I am working smart and hard. So, what more can you ask for? I love you. Happy birthday. Alan Hatch (Elder) II

Post Script: I have started reading Jesus the Christ by Talmage. Wow! Big vocabulary! I love it!
