Hi there! Well we finally did it! There are now four in our family. Here I am at the hospital waiting to have the baby. He came in a different manner then post kiddos. My water was broke at 8:45 am and by 10:30am I was ready for an epidural, after recieveing it I was dialated to a 6. So at 11:15 I told Zeke he should go and get some lunch and when he got back we would have the baby. Well at 11:20am the nurse checked me again to find that I was now a 9 almost a 10 and she said we would push when Zeke got back. So I called Zeke and told him to come back to the hospital. At 11:30am he returned and I thought we would wait for about 10 minutes to call the nurse. I started to then get sick. Zeke was nice enough to find me a bucket in which to be sick in. After I stopped throwing up we heard Carson crying. Zeke promptly put on gloves and started to clean Carson up as I called to inform the nurse that we had the baby and we needed help. Of course they came running and wanted to know who was my Dr. The poor nurses were not exactly ready to walk into that but they all did well and with in fifteen minutes it occurred to them that my Dr. still had not been notified. So it took her about 45 minutes to come. Long story short we could have saved some money and just had him at home. So His name is Carson Avery Ellis he weight 8 lbs 6oz. and was 20.5 inches long he has red hair and is very easy going.

Zeke's mom came down to watch Lauren for us. Lauren likes Carson as long as I'm not feeding him. When I feed him she feels left out.

Carson's jaundis levels were high so we had to take him to see the Dr. the next day. They poked his foot once again and the test showed that he is better then when we were at the hospital. I am some what anemic and thus was put on Iron supplements but feel much better then I did after having Lauren. We were able to go home the day after Carson was born and I was really glad to be out of the hospital!

Lauren LOVES to hold Carson and asks to do so about hundred times a day. She is a really good big sister and is eager to get anything I ask for.

Carson is still working on how to nurse so pumping and bottles is how we are doing it and so far so good. He is really an easy baby and does not even cry much. He mostly cries when he is getting his diaper changed and is cold.

Christmas came and went with lots of snow. It was really nice to be home as a family and just hand out!

It took two days but Carson finally opened his eye long enough to get some pictures.

Lauren took full advantage of the situation and gave Carson kisses.

Then we went out and played in the snow. We got about 8 inches with snow drifts almost up to Zeke's knee. Hope everyone had a great holiday.
Love ya,

Zeke, Mylinda, Lauren and Carson.
