So this Month has been a busy one, and as the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words" so this letter is going to be mostly pictures. |
Girls camp was the 2nd through the 5th of June. When camp finally came I was a member of the Stake camp Committee, did camp on a ward level, and was a cabin level leader. |
|
|
It WAS A BLAST! We made up an obstacle race where the girls had to dress in cowboy garb and then Shoe a horse, tip a cow, rope a steer, and plant a garden. |
The second activity that I was in charge of was a Grandza Banaza which was a cowgirl bazaar. There were races in the middle and booth along the outside. |
|
|
The booths consisted of dart throwing, lanyard making, horse shoe tossing, knock over the can, jello slurping, carrot eating from a string, and a fishing booth. |
Good times were had by all. |

Yeah! |
I left camp early to hitch a ride to AZ with Nathan and crew. So I got in from camp at 12:30am finished up packing and was in bed as 2:30am awoke at 6:00am and was in the car heading to AZ by 8:00am. Good times, I know! |
Rachel is a much better traveler then Lauren but we all survived and I was only thrown up on once that trip. I was in AZ for 10 days and had a blast. Once again there were people who I was unable to see for that I am sorry but maybe I will see you next trip? Thank you to Mia for feeding the mob while I was there. She is a great hostess I was never in want of food. So thank you, thank you, thank you. By the time the trip was over everyone below the age of 6 was sick, but we had fun just the same. |
As an after note Zeke and I are expecting our second child and as I have yet to see our Dr. I do not have an official date but I think it will be in Dec. some time. We love and miss you guys Zeke, Mylinda and Lauren Ellis |
