Coating Mixture
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- onion powder--to taste
- garlic powder--to taste
- italian seasoning--to taste
Binder Mixture
- one egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- salt and pepper--to taste
Dipping Mixtures
1. Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce
- 3 parts melted butter
- 1 part Frank's Original Red Hot (Cayenne Pepper Sauce)
2. Lemon Pepper Sauce
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper
Prepare coating by mixing the ingredients. Prepare binder by beating ingredients together. Cut chicken into strips approximately 3 inches by ½ inches. Briefly soak chicken strips in binder mixture, then thoroughly cover with coating mixture. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Toss in dipping mixture.
