Carmel
  • 1 cup corn syrup (karo)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Mix together the corn syrup, sugar, cream, and butter. Heat to boiling, and cook until a drop placed in cold water forms a soft ball (234°F or 112°C). Remove from heat. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Pour into a greased pan and let cool.

How to make Carmel
First you get the materials as follows:

  • 1 cup karo syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
Mix together the karo, sugar, cream, and butter. Heat to boiling, and cook until a drop placed in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat. Add the vanilla and stir. Pour into a greased pan and let cool, and then eat!!!!!!!!
