Enchilada Sauce

  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz, unseasoned [NO SUGAR])
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1½ teaspoons of oregano
  • Pinch of garlic powder
Stir to mix and break up any lumps of spices, then allow to set for 15 minutes. The amount the salt and spices can be varied to suit individual taste.
