GENERIC CASSEROLE

Mix 3 to 4 cups of well drained starch entity (which has been previously cooked) with ¼ to ½ pound cooked meat entity and one can of cream of anything soup (or substitute), and season to taste with salt and/or other seasonings. If necessary add liquid (water, milk, meat broth, bean broth) to desired consistency. If desired, mix in chopped onions, celery, carrots, green beans, cabbage, broccoli, or other vegetable (this can be done while cooking the starch entity, or just prior to baking). Top with topping and bake uncovered in 350°F oven (or zap in microwave oven) until hot through and the topping is melted or browned. Serves 2 very hungry missionaries.

lunch meat(?) tomato
tuna or other fish
