Lasagna

Noodles:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • ¾ t salt
Combine ingredients, pass through noodle press several times until consistent texture, drop in boiling water, cook until tender (5 to 15 minutes).

Sauce:

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 Onion
  • 24 oz tomato sauce
  • 12 oz can sliced olives
Brown hamburger and chopped onion, add tomato sauce, cover and simmer (the longer the better [replace lost water]). Add olives immediately prior to layering in baking pan

Layer:

  • Sauce
  • Noodles (pre cooked)
  • Yellow Cheese
  • White Cheese
  • Cottage Cheese (or ricotta)
Top with cheese and bake until heated through.
