Grandma Jones' Noodles

  • 2/3 Cup flour
  • 1 large egg
  • pinch salt
Lightly beat eggs. Add salt and stir. Add flour and stir with a fork. Kneed until homogeneous. Roll out on a well floured surface and cut into squares then stack (with adequite flour between) and cut into strips for noodles. Drop into a basic chicken soup or chicken, onion, celery and carrot, and boil until noodles are done. These noodles come out bumpy and all shapes and sizes.
