Stir-N-Roll Biscuits       (Norma LeFevre 1966)

Sift together:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Add together:
  • ½ cups cooking or salad oil
  • 2/3 cups milk
Mix the liquid and dry ingredients, stirring as little as possible, then kneed approx. 10 time and pat or roll the dough to a thickness of approx. ½ inches. Cut the biscuits and place them on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 12 minutes.
